“I don't have a choice not to be successful. I don't. My parents came here so that I could be successful. They came to another country where it didn't matter if you're born into wealth. If you worked hard, you could be successful in life. The choice that I had is how was I going to be successful? That's where they want and the desire to become a doctor came in. What does success mean to me? How did I visualize success playing out in my life?
.
That took some soul searching to understand that and to keep fueling that passion but at the end of the day, I realized what success means to me is helping people and reaching as many people as I can and helping them fulfill their dreams and fulfill their life passions. That's what fulfills me. That was another big driver in going into medicine because I feel like in the field of medicine I can reach so many people and I can make so many people happy. At the end of the day, if I'm doing that then I'm successful.” @fearlesslyoma , Dr. Vanessa Nwaozo❤️ #RealCaregiversRealStories🎬
